As a leading manufacturer of self-acting control valves, Mankenberg combines the tradition of an owner-managed industrial company with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial vision and decidedly boosts its own agile digital transformation. Mankenberg is a specialist for stainless steel and special materials in deep-drawing processes. The portfolio offers flexible standard valves and project-related special valves, from large series to small quantities and individual production, and is being consistently further developed.
Universal valve for small and medium flow rates
Pressure reducing valves DM 555
The pressure reducer DM 462V is a double-seat diaphragm-controlled and spring-loaded proportional control valve which is predominantly used for hygiene applications in the foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industry.
Owing to the PTFE protecting film the diaphragm is physiologically harmless and can be exposed to steam at a temperature of up to 180°C. The valve cone is fitted with a soft seal.
The valve is made of stainless steel (316L) featuring excellent resistance to corrosion. It has cavity-free internals and is suitable for CIP and SIP. The angled design allows for complete draining.
The precise cone spindle guide is arranged outside the throughflow space, thus there is no abrasion in the space through which the medium flows. The design was carried out in accordance with ASME BPE. Clamp connections in accordance with DIN 32676, DIN 11866 line A are standard.
Double-seat, angled valve, with low dead space
Completely made of stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L)
Corrosionresistant, lightweight and compact
TRI-CLAMP connections or DIN/ ISO clamp connections
The pressure reducer DM 586 ATEX is a diaphragm-controlled, spring-loaded and balanced proportional control valve for high flow rates especially for the control of millibar ranges in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The valve is made of deep-drawn stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) with excellent corrosion-resistance.
The valve cone is soft-sealed.
Conformity to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and DIN EN ISO 80079-36
Leakage line connection, adjusting screw seal and lock
